What’s included?
We work with a trusted vendor to craft a luxury proposal picnic in the park or at the beach in Boston. It'll come with a brunch or dessert charcuterie board; 10 Polaroid pictures; and an eclectic floral bouquet or Ramobuchon bouquet from a local florist. (We’ll handle pickup and pass over the flowers just before your picnic.)

Nikkah Ceremony
What’s included?
Location scouting (if you'd prefer a venue other than your home or the masjid); an elegant, framed marriage contract; custom mirrored event signage; three to eight fresh floral arrangements; incense; luxury
Middle Eastern dates and Somali shaax or karak chai for 5 to 25 people. Nikkah clients can also rent as many items
as they’d like from the decor library.
Cost estimate*
Here is the minimum cost for event and floral design
as listed above, plus planning fees, for a nikkah with 5 guests and one with 25 guests, at a glance:
$1,800 (minimum) for a 5-person nikkah
$3,000 (minimum) for a 25-person nikkah
This estimate does NOT include the cost of your imam’s administrative fees, a Massachusetts marriage license, professional photography or additional decorations like balloons, backdrops, paper lanterns, candles, ceiling draping or any other fixtures you may want to spruce up the venue. (We can help you coordinate all that, though!)

Weddings

Congratulations on your engagement! Let’s set up a consultation so we can begin to paint a picture of your wedding day.
What’s included?
Location scouting; customized decorations and floral, textile and stationery design for your venue; vendor management; budget management; seating organization and precise day-of coordination. Needs vary (maybe you’re a floral expert or DIY-ing your stationery), so we’ll go over what Amarcord can do for your wedding during a consultation. Wedding clients can also rent as many items as they’d like from the decor library.
Rates
Because every wedding budget is different,
we charge 20% of the cost of your final event;
plus $25/hr for day-of coordination.

Parties

We’d love to help you plan a graduation party, baby shower, engagement party, birthday party or special celebration of any kind. Reach out at hanna@amarcordevents.com with how many guests you’re expecting and your budget and we’ll work to determine what you need.
